Sip your way to a tropical paradise this summer with iced espresso inspired by a traditional Vietnamese coconut coffee recipe. It's an exotic brew of Espresso Intenso and creamy coconut milk that will take you far away, but that you can make and enjoy right at home.

Ingredients

tablespoons of condensed milk
80 ml
of coconut milk
Ice cubes
Shredded coconut
Cane sugar syrup (or other transparent syrup)
Decrease quantity
Increase quantity

STEP 1

Coat the rim of a wide glass with syrup and plunge it into the finely shredded coconut.

Pour the condensed milk into the glass.

Add ice cubes to the glass—fill it partway.

Brew the Espresso Intenso coffee (2 bars).
